Throwing milk and paint to the model at the right time, not easy at all. But after trying over and over again, you can have some lucky shots.
This time a very colorful shoot. The shoot was done in a studio with only a single but nevertheless powerful UV black light.
The body paint (let’s say piece of art) was done by Nathalie. After she finished the artwork and the model’s came in front of the UV-light they were just like actors walking out of the movie Avatar 🙂 Creating a game of colors.
Not easy to photograph but almost no post-processing was needed.
Thanks to the models Joy Brabant and Niels De Snoeck.
The body paint was done by Nathalie Dewicke.
Last week we tested or studio setup with some friends. In the early morning we started unboxing our equipment and after some tests with the flashes or model was ready to pose.
For this shoot with model Daisy I used 2 studio flashes with soft box and 1 umbrella. The photos outside were with natural light and 1 Sunbounce reflector.
During the ‘Imaging days’, there was an opportunity to do some model shoot’s. For me, another part of photography to explore. I did almost no post editing to the photos, only black and white and some small light adjustments.
Hope you like the result and feel free to send me any feedback 🙂
